SiteOptex determines the effects of protocol complexity on study workload for each CRC (or team). You generate productivity graphs by linking accrued revenue once a month.
Capacity
Capacity is the maximum effort a CRC (or team) can exert without failure. SiteOptex measures it by determining the point at which cumulative work effort is optimal and when it begins to fail.
